Lovely morning

Author's pov

As Sanvi woke up, she saw Satinder already up, caressing her head with a gentle smile. She asked, "Suniya, app kya soch rhe h?" (What are you thinking?). Satinder's eyes sparkled as he replied, "Main soch raha tha, tum  kitni khubsurat ho, aur main tumse kitna pyaar karta hoon" (I was thinking, how beautiful you are to me, and how much I love you).

Sanvi's heart melted at his words, and she smiled, feeling loved and cherished. She snuggled into his embrace, starting their day with love and affection.

After exchanging sweet good mornings, Sanvi and Satinder got out of bed and began their morning routines.

Sanvi headed to the bathroom to freshen up, while Satinder went to the balcony to take in the morning sunshine.

As they went about their routines, they couldn't help but steal glances at each other, smiling at the love they shared.

Sanvi hummed a tune as she brushed her teeth, while Satinder whistled softly as he sipped his tea.

Their morning rituals were filled with the warmth and joy of their love, setting a beautiful tone for the day ahead.

Sanvi's mother-in-law said, "Bahu, today you have to go to your parents' house for a ritual. Get ready, Satinder will drop you off." Sanvi nodded and went to her room to get ready.

She wore a beautiful red shade saree and arranged her things in a bag.

As she was about to leave, Satinder came to her room and asked, "Tum 2 din ke liya ja rhi ho, khus hona tum bachcha" (You're going for 2 days, be happy, my child). Sanvi nodded, feeling a mix of emotions.

But then Satinder said, "Sanvi, hum nhi ja payage tumhare saath, kuch kaam aa gya h jarori" (Sanvi, I won't be able to go with you, something urgent has come up).

Sanvi froze in her place, feeling disappointed and sad. She had been looking forward to spending time with Satinder at her parents' house.

She tried to hide her disappointment and said, "Theek hai, main akela chale  jaungi" (Okay, I'll go alone). But Satinder could see the sadness in her eyes and felt bad for not being able to accompany her.

He came close to her and said, "Sanvi, main tumhare liye kuch gift laya hoon, tumhe pasand aayega" (Sanvi, I've got a gift for you, you'll like it). Sanvi smiled weakly and said, "Theek hai, dekh lunngi baad ma " (Okay, I'll see it later ).

Satinder handed her a small box, and Sanvi opened it to find a beautiful necklace.

She smiled and thanked him, feeling a little better. Satinder hugged her .

As Sanvi reached her home, her family welcomed her with open arms.

After some time, her sister-in-law asked her, "Jamai ji nhi aye?" (Didn't your husband come?). Sanvi replied, "Uhna kuch kaam aa gya tha akhri samy, par isliya" (He had some urgent work, that's why).

She then fell silent, lost in thought. Her mother noticed her silence and said, "Ok, no problem, go and meet your friends.

Sanvi, tumhne acha lage ga" (You've been gone for a long time). Sanvi nodded and went outside to meet everyone.

As she walked out, she was greeted by her friends and relatives, all eager to meet her.

They asked her about her married life, and Sanvi shared her experiences with them.

She told them about Satinder's love and care, and how he always made her feel special.

But deep down, Sanvi was still thinking about Satinder and why he couldn't accompany her to her parents' house.

She missed him and wished he was there with her.

Despite her mixed emotions, Sanvi put on a brave face and enjoyed the time with her loved ones.

She knew that she would see Satinder soon, and that thought made her happy.

As the day went by, Sanvi's mother noticed that she was a little subdued and asked her if everything was okay.

Sanvi confided in her mother about Satinder's absence and how much she missed him.

Her mother listened patiently and said, "Don't worry, beta, he'll make it up to you. He loves you very much."

Sanvi smiled, feeling a little better. She knew that her mother was right, and that Satinder would always be there for her.

With renewed spirits, Sanvi continued to enjoy the rest of her day with her family and friends.

...........................................

As the day came to a close, Sanvi met up with her close friends Rita and Rina. They sat together, reminiscing about old times and sharing stories about their married lives.

Rita asked Sanvi,  (Is everything okay with your husband?).

Sanvi took a deep breath and began to explain the events of the day. "Actually, Rita, today was a bit strange. Satinder was supposed to come with me to my parents' house, but he couldn't make it due to some urgent work."

Rita and Rina listened intently as Sanvi continued, "I was a bit disappointed, but he made it up to me by giving me a beautiful necklace. He also promised to call me and stay in touch."

Rina asked, "But Sanvi, are you happy with your married life? Is everything okay between you and Satinder?"

Sanvi thought for a moment before responding, "Honestly, girls, marriage is a big adjustment. There are ups and downs, but Satinder is a wonderful husband. He loves me and takes care of me. Today was just a minor hiccup."

Rita nodded understandingly, "I know what you mean, Sanvi. Marriage is not a bed of roses. But it's good to hear that Satinder is taking care of you."

The three friends talked some more, sharing their experiences and offering each other advice and support.

As they parted ways, Sanvi felt grateful for her friends and the bond they shared.

Despite the ups and downs of married life, Sanvi knew that she could always count on Rita and Rina to be there for her.

And as she looked forward to reuniting with Satinder, she felt a sense of hope and happiness.

She knew that their love would overcome any obstacle, and that their marriage would continue to flourish.

Rita continued, "Sanvi, in marriage, it's important to surrender yourself in front of your husband. Share each and every thing with him, be it your thoughts, feelings, or desires. Communication is key to a happy marriage."

Sanvi nodded, taking in Rita's words of wisdom. Rita added, "And if there's something you don't like, like his touch or anything else, don't hesitate to tell him. Honesty and openness are essential in a relationship."

Sanvi thought about Rita's advice and realized that she was right. She had been holding back her feelings and thoughts, fearing that Satinder might not understand. But now she knew that she had to open up and share everything with him.

Rina chimed in, "Yes, Sanvi, marriage is a journey of ups and downs. But if you communicate openly and honestly, you can overcome any obstacle."

Sanvi felt a sense of relief wash over her. She knew that she had to work on her communication with Satinder, to tell him how she felt and what she wanted. She thanked Rita and Rina for their advice and promised to take it to heart.

With renewed determination, Sanvi decided to make a change. She would start sharing her thoughts and feelings with Satinder, and work on building a stronger, more open relationship. She knew it wouldn't be easy, but she was willing to try.

.....................................

In the evening, Sanvi went back to her house and shared all her thoughts and feelings with her sister-in-law. Her bhabhi listened attentively and offered words of wisdom.

"Sanvi, I know it's natural to want to share your experiences with friends, but don't share your bedroom memories with everyone," she advised. "It's not a good thing, and it can lead to unnecessary gossip and rumors."

Sanvi nodded in agreement, realizing that her bhabhi was right.

She had been so caught up in sharing her feelings with Rita and Rina that she hadn't thought about the potential consequences.

Her bhabhi continued, "Your relationship with Satinder is special, and it's meant to be cherished between the two of you. Don't dilute it by sharing intimate details with others."

Sanvi felt a sense of gratitude towards her bhabhi for her guidance. She promised herself that she would be more mindful of what she shared with others, and keep her bedroom memories private.

After a long day, the whole family gathered together for dinner.

They shared stories and laughed, enjoying each other's company. Sanvi felt grateful for the love and support of her family.

After dinner, they all decided to call it a night. Sanvi went to her room. Soon, she drifted to sleep, surrounded by the peace and tranquility of her home.
