Satinder's pov
"Ouch!! Arghh!!" I gasped, my eyes flying open to see Sanvi's knee embedded in my stomach.
I winced in pain, but my scowl softened as I gazed up at her serene face.
She was fast asleep, her gentle breathing a stark contrast to my throbbing pain.
I bit back a groan, not wanting to disturb her peaceful slumber.
I looked down to see Sanvi's knee embedded in my abdomen, her legs tangled in mine.
But as I gazed up at her face, I saw peaceful serenity. Her eyes were closed, her breathing gentle, and a soft smile played on my lips. She was fast asleep, oblivious to the commotion she had just caused.
I gently wrapped my arms around her, cradling her close, and whispered a silent prayer for a swift recovery.
My love for her eclipsed the pain, and I smiled through gritted teeth.
I gazed at her serene face, her gentle breathing, and her tranquil expression. I couldn't help but smile as I remembered the previous night's incidents.
As I reflected on our interactions, I realized that Sanvi was innocent and unaware of the intricacies of married life.
I understood that she needed time to adjust and learn. I decided to give her the space she needed, allowing her to grow and understand me better.
With a gentle smile, I got out of bed, trying not to disturb Sanvi. I went for a morning walk, enjoying the fresh air and the quiet surroundings.
My mind wandered back to Sanvi, and I thought about how I could help her adjust to our new life together.
As I walked, my expression was a mix of happiness, concern, and understanding.
I knew that our journey together would take time, patience, and love.
I was willing to give Sanvi all the time she needed, to help her feel comfortable and secure in our relationship.
Meanwhile, Sanvi slept peacefully, unaware of my thoughts and feelings. Her expression was calm, her face relaxed, and her breathing gentle.
She was still getting used to her new surroundings and her new life with me.
As the morning sun rose, I returned from my walk, feeling refreshed and renewed.
I looked at Sanvi, still sleeping, and my heart filled with love and affection. I knew that our journey together would be beautiful, and I was eager to explore it with her as i want to go for some important work i leave earlier.
Sanvi's pov
I woke up, still thinking about the previous night's incident. I thought that he didn't like it when I kissed him, and a pang of sadness hit me.
I went about my morning routine, lost in thought.
As I entered the kitchen to make breakfast, the whole family was already there. I didn't see him, and my heart sank. I thought to myself, "He's still upset with me."
Just then, my brother-in-law walked in and said, "Bhabhi, bhaiya kaam se bahar gye hai, vo subhe he nikl gye the. Humse kha tha batane ke liye, hum bhul gye. Hume maf kre bhabhi" (Sister-in-law, brother has gone out for work. He left early morning. He told me to inform you, but I forgot. Please forgive me).
My expression turned sad, and I said, "Appko mafi maat magiya, ki koi jarorat nhi" (Don't apologize, it's okay). But inside, I was hurting. I thought, "He didn't even tell me about this last night. He's still upset with me."
The whole day, I was lost in thought, my expression sad and melancholic. I waited for him to come home, but he didn't. I thought, "He doesn't like me, that's why he didn't tell me anything and didn't come home yet."
As evening fell, I went to bed, sobbing quietly. I felt alone and unloved, my heart heavy with sorrow. My expression was one of despair, my eyes red from crying.
Meanwhile, he was working late, unaware of my thoughts and feelings. His expression was focused, his mind on his work. He had no idea that I was feeling so sad and alone.
Author's pov
As Satinder came home in the evening, he saw Sanvi sleeping peacefully. He sat beside her, and as he felt his presence, she opened her eyes. He asked her, "Need ache aye tumhe?" (Do you sleep well?)
Sanvi's voice was laced with a little anger, sobbing, and tension as she replied, "Ha ache, he thi apne pati ka chera subhe se nhi dekha or vo bina bataye chle gye hume akala chod kr iss ghr ma" (Yes, I need my husband, who hasn't seen me since morning and left without telling me, leaving me alone in this house).
Satinder's expression turned to shock as he realized the depth of Sanvi's feelings. He had no idea she was feeling so alone and neglected. He gently took her hand and said, "Sanvi, main tumhare saath hoon, main tumhe kabhi akala nahi chodunga" (Sanvi, I am with you, I will never leave you alone).
Satinder explained, "Sanvi, maine chote ko bataya tha tumhe batane ke liya, kya usne bataya nhi" (Sanvi, I had told my brother to inform you, I don't know why he didn't).
Sanvi looked into his eyes, her expression a mix of sadness and hurt. "Humre shadi uhnse hui ha ya apse? Apne to bytaya nhi, baat nhi krna hume" (Was i marriage with him or with you? You didn't even tell me, don't talk to me).
Satinder understood the depth of Sanvi's feelings and the misunderstanding that had occurred. He took a deep breath and said, "Maaf kr dijiya, ye krne ke liya. Hum kabhi asa nhi krege" (Forgive me for this. I will never do this again).
Sanvi's eyes welled up with tears as she saw the sincerity in Satinder's eyes.
She knew he loved her and would never intentionally hurt her. She nodded, and Satinder pulled her into a warm embrace.
As they hugged, Satinder whispered, "Main tumse pyaar karta hoon, Sanvi. Humara rishta sabse pyara hai" (I love you, Sanvi. Our relationship is the most precious).
Sanvi's heart melted, and she knew that their love was strong enough to overcome any misunderstanding.
She forgave Satinder, and they both promised to communicate better and never let misunderstandings come between them again.
After some time, Sanvi went to the kitchen to make dinner for everyone. Satinder had some work to discuss with his brother, so he stayed in the living room.
As dinner time came, the whole family gathered and had dinner together. After dinner, everyone went to their respective rooms.
As Sanvi was about to sleep, she said to Satinder, "App humse phle maat utha karia bistar se, hum apko dek nhi pate subha" (Don't get up from bed before me in the morning, I won't be able to see you).
Satinder smiled and replied, "Theek hai, main tumhare saath hi uthunga" (Okay, I'll get up with you). Sanvi smiled and snuggled into bed, feeling happy and content.
As they slept, Satinder held Sanvi close, feeling grateful for their love and relationship.
He knew that their bond was strong and that they would overcome any obstacle that came their way.
