The wedding hall was a majestic sight to behold, transformed into a vibrant celebration of love and unity. For the groom, the hall was adorned with intricate decorations, a fusion of traditional and modern elements. The stage was set with a stunning backdrop, adorned with flowers, greenery, and ornate lighting. The groom's chair, adorned with golden accents, was placed center stage, awaiting his arrival.
For the bride, the hall was a vision of elegance and grace. The aisle was lined with candles, leading to a beautifully decorated stage, where the bride's chair awaited her. The stage was adorned with delicate florals, drapes, and a stunning canopy, creating a regal ambiance. The bride's entrance was marked by a grand doorway, adorned with fresh flowers and greenery, leading to the stage.
The marriage day finally arrived, and both families were overjoyed. Sanvi's family had spent hours preparing for the big day, decorating their home with vibrant flowers and colorful decorations. Satinder's family had also arrived, bearing gifts and warm smiles.

Please ignore face
As Sanvi emerged from her room, looking stunning in her red bridal saree, her mother, Nalini, couldn't contain her tears. "My little girl is getting married," she whispered, hugging Sanvi tightly.

Please ignore face
Satinder, dashing in his sherwani, couldn't take his eyes off Sanvi as she walked towards him. He smiled, his heart filled with love and adoration.
The ceremony began, and both families participated with enthusiasm. Sanvi's siblings teased Satinder playfully, while Satinder's friends welcomed Sanvi with open arms.
Pandit Ji began to chant the ancient mantras. The air was filled with the sweet scent of incense and the soft murmur of the priest's voice, creating a sense of tranquility and reverence.
The bride, resplendent in her red saree, her eyes shining with happiness, stood beside him, her hands trembling slightly as she held the groom's. The atmosphere was electric with anticipation as the couple prepared to take their vows.
As Pandit Ji continued to chant, his voice rose and fell in a soothing cadence, the words weaving a spell of love and commitment. The groom and bride repeated the mantras, their voices blending in perfect harmony.
Finally, with a gentle smile, Pandit Ji blessed the couple, his hands bestowing upon them the divine blessings of the universe. The groom and bride bowed their heads in gratitude.
As the ceremony concluded, the couple was showered with rose petals and cheers from the assembled guests.
In that moment, time stood still, and all that existed was the love they shared.
...
As the time of vidai approached, Sanvi's mother, Nalini, took Satinder aside and whispered, "Remember, beta, Sanvi is a dutiful wife. She will never say no to you, no matter what. She will always try to please you, so make sure you treat her with kindness and respect."
Sanvi's father, Rajinder, also took Satinder aside and said, "Jamai ji, Sanvi is a pure and innocent soul. She doesn't know much about the world, especially when it comes to marriage. She's still a child at heart. If she does anything wrong, don't scold her, just guide her gently. And if she makes a mistake, don't punish her, just bring her back to me."
Satinder listened intently, his heart filled with love and respect for his new family. He promised himself that he would always cherish and protect Sanvi, and never hurt her feelings.
As Sanvi bid farewell to her family, tears streaming down her face, Satinder took her hand and led her away. He knew that he had to be patient and understanding, and help her adjust to her new life.
As they drove away, Sanvi looked back at her family, her eyes filled with tears. Satinder squeezed her hand reassuringly, and she smiled weakly.
Don't worry, I'm here for you, he seemed to say. I'll always take care of you.
Sanvi smiled, feeling a sense of comfort and security with her husband. She knew that she had a lot to learn, but with him by her side, she felt ready to face whatever came her way.
As they reached their new home, Satinder's family welcomed Sanvi with open arms. They showed her around the house, introducing her to all the family members.
They performed a few more rituals, including the traditional "grihapravesh" ceremony, where Sanvi entered her new home for the first time.
After completing the rituals, Satinder's sister, , took Sanvi's hand and led her to their bedroom. "Wait, bhabhi, bhaiya will come soon," she whispered with a sly smile.
As she entered her room, she expected to see her husband waiting for her, but the room was empty. She walked towards the mirror and stood before it, gazing at her reflection. Her eyes wandered to the sindoor ( vermillion ) on her forehead and the mangalsutra ( nuptial chain ) around her neck, symbols of her marriage. She felt a sense of pride and identity as a married woman.
As she stood there, lost in thought, she tried to sit down on the bed, but her legs wouldn't move. It was as if her body was frozen in place. Suddenly, she heard a faint noise behind her. She spun around, her heart racing, and that's when she saw him.
He was standing in the doorway, his eyes fixed on her with an unreadable expression. She felt a shiver run down her spine as he began to walk towards her. His eyes seemed to bore into her soul, and she couldn't look away.
As he approached her, she saw the exhaustion etched on his face, the dark circles under his eyes, and the weariness in his stance. But despite his fatigue, his eyes shone with a deep love and adoration for her.
He reached out his hand and gently touched her sindoor, his fingers tracing the vermilion powder on her forehead. She felt a jolt of electricity at his touch, and her heart skipped a beat.
"Why are you so late?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper.
"I'm sorry," he replied, his voice laced with emotion. "I was held up at work. But I'm here now, and I promise to make it up to you."
